Refund Policy
At Digital Handmades, we are committed to providing high-quality products, accurate orders, and timely shipping. You are fully protected by our Return and Exchange policy, which is valid for 30 days from the purchase date if you are dissatisfied for any of the following reasons:
– The product is defective. – The print quality is unsatisfactory. – The final product differs significantly from the image on the product page.
Replacements and Exchanges
While we generally do not offer refunds for issues such as incorrect size, design, or color selection, we are happy to provide a replacement. In this case, you will only need to cover the shipping fee and a small handling fee (which may vary depending on the product type, such as Hoodies or Sweatshirts).
If you receive an item that is the wrong size, image, or does not match the description on the website or size chart, we will gladly provide a free replacement or refund.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a solution. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Note: Please allow up to a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual product due to variations in lighting during photography or monitor display settings.
In most cases, we will simply re-ship the item at no cost to you if there is an issue, though such occurrences are rare. Rest assured, we are here to support you at all times.
Cancellations and Modifications
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Why? We process and ship orders daily, so once your item has been shipped, we are unable to make changes until it arrives at your location. Once you receive the item, you may return it for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to post.
- If needed, reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.
